At Not Your Wifey™, professionalism matters. We respect your home, your time, and your trust — and we expect the same in return. These guidelines help us maintain clarity, efficiency, and high standards for every client we serve.
Access & Appointment Readiness
Please ensure we have clear access to the home at the scheduled time. If you will not be home, codes / lockbox / entry instructions should be provided in advance. Delays in entry may result in shortened service time.
Service Scope
We specialize in detailed cleaning, organizing, home support tasks, and light home maintenance. We do not perform biohazard remediation. This includes: human or animal waste, blood, strong odor contamination, mold, or infestation cleanup. If such conditions are present, service may be declined or stopped.
Respectful + Safe Work Environment
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, excessively disrespectful, or violate reasonable work standards. A safe and professional environment protects everyone.
Pets
We love animals — but for safety, pets must be secured while work is being performed unless pet-care services have been specifically arranged.
Satisfaction
If something needs a quick adjustment, please let us know before we leave, or within 24 hours of service completion, and we’ll make it right when reasonable.
Changes to Work Requested
If the condition or task list changes beyond what was originally discussed, additional time and charges may apply. We’ll always communicate if the job needs adjustment beyond the original scope.
Payment & Formal Terms
Full detailed service terms, payment policies, deposit requirements, and cancellation rules are provided during the booking and estimate approval process. Services are scheduled only after formal acceptance of those policies.
